A 16 peg match and pleasure lake averaging 4-5ft deep that is stocked with carp, F1 hybrids, roach, rudd & gudgeon. The carp average 5-10lb and match weights over 100lb are regularly caught.

Rules

FISHERY FEED PELLET ONLY (No other pellets to be fed).

All anglers must be in possession of a current EA Rod licence.

Maximum of 2 rods per angler.

Barbless hooks only. Maximum hook size 6.

All nets to be dipped before fishing.

No surface fishing/floating baits.

All fish must be returned to the water and peg from which they are caught.

Braid can only be used as hook lengths, strictly no braid mainline.

Tackle must not be left unattended.

No fires, bikes or loud radios allowed on the fishery.

Fishing is from designated pegs only.

No keep nets to be used except in matches.

Every angler must be in possession of a landing net.

No bait boats.

Non fishing visitors and guests only allowed at the discretion of the fishery staff and then only 1 non fishing guest per angler.

Additional Match Rules

Keep nets must be dipped and then laid out to dry and not put into the water until 15 minutes before match starts.

1. 60lb weight limit per net. Anything over 60lb will not count.

2. A float must be used when fishing the pole.

3. If you have a spare peg next you then you may fish up to the first post on the platform, not past it!

4. One rod only ever in use when match fishing. I.E you cannot check the depth on your pole why you have a feeder rod cast out.
